If it is not possible to obtain a cleaner version then consider creating a new, derivative, image with the background removed, while leaving this image alone; use templates such as {{Retouched picture}} and {{Derivative versions}} as appropriate; then ignore the rest of these requests. After doing so, please: Find all pages in all Wikimedia projects that use this image, and replace the old image with the new image in each.
