French artist (and politician) fr:Paul Poncet died in 1962, so these drawings are not in the public domain in France yet, and the files should be deleted. They can be restored in 2033.

- No. That something comes from a BNF scan does not mean that it is in the public domain. For these journals and newspapers, the BNF says "Droits : Consultable en ligne", rights: can be viewed online. Not "in the public domain". Likewise, {{PD-GallicaScan}} does not mean that everything scanned for Gallica is automatically in the public domain. Like the general {{PD-scan}} template, it only means that the scan as such does not create any additional rights.
